Mental Health
It's widely accepted that as a minimum, if you're in any sort of leadership position that you should be cognizant of the mental health of your employees and team members. I don't mean that we should be trying to take the place their therapists, but me eed to remain mindful of what they are currently dealing with, plus the potential impact of any work related items may have on them as well. For the most part, being aware and listening is the first step, and making adjustments as needed follows on from there.
