Project Management
The gold standard we strive for as Project Managers is to have a blueprint that we can readily deploy to every new project and have everything run perfectly optimally. The truth though is that every project will be different, and the solutions needed to ensure success on each project will also need some customisation. It doesn't always matter what system you deploy, as long as there is a system and everyone on the team knows about it and can use it effectively.
I'm not going to prescribe that my methods are the only methods you should ever use, as there will always be in-team and cross-team nuances that are unique to you and your circumstances. Some of my teams have enjoyed using Jira, some Notion, others GitHub Issues, some preferred Google Sheets, others liked Trello, etc. It doesn't matter what you use a long as everyone knows where to find what they need, and everyone makes their updates in the same place.
